Is it any surprise that I have been absolutely consumed with the royal wedding this week? I realize that some people simply don’t care, and may even go so far as to scoff at my semi-obsession. But I do not care in the least. Because I have loved loving this experience… the anticipation of her dress… the pomp and circumstance of the modern day royal family… the ladies in hats – oh! the hats!… the crowds… the unified excitement of billions of people (especially in light of the news of late)… but I keep finding my way back to her dress. Well, both dresses, actually. And so, let’s just look. Shall we?

The combination of carriages and flowers and yards of ivory lace, and I am hooked. This could easily be a favorite for many Fridays to come.
